BUSINESS GARDEN

An office precinct of 7 buildings providing 95 000 m2 of floor spacing. The first building of the project consist of two-storey underground garage and seven overground storeys, which function as a hotel and conference centre, restaurant and service units. The building is energy efficient and utilises modern design and technological solutions. Post-tensioned slabs were chosen to replace the existing precast scheme to improve economy, maximise head heights and achieve the large spans needed.
