CROWN SYDNEY RESORT

Residential and hotel building, 75-storey (plus 3 underground storeys), 271.3 m high and a total area of 120,000 sq m. SDS was responsible for the design of reinforced/prestressed beams and slabs. While maintaining a vertical core structur, a 60-degree twist was achieved in the outer shell with spiral columns around the perimeter.
