MUSICAL THEATRE OF D. BADUSZKOWA

The D. Baduszkowa Musical Theatre building is one of the most iconic landmarks in Gdynia, Poland, and it houses the Musical Theatre of Gdynia. The building was designed by architect Bohdan Pniewski and was completed in 1955. It is a perfect example of the post-war modernist architecture style, with its clean lines and geometric shapes.

The theatre building is a must-visit attraction for architecture and theatre enthusiasts visiting Gdynia. Its unique design and historical significance make it a fascinating place to explore, and its diverse programming ensures that there is always something exciting happening inside.

SDS took part in the theatre's extension project as part of which we got to design post-tensioned concrete floors in the newest part of the building.
