WARSAW SPIRE

An office precinct of 3 buildings providing 190 000 m2 of floor space. The main building is a forty-nine storey tower rising 230m above ground with two adjacent 16 storey buildings. All three buildings sit above a large five level basement. In 2011, the Warsaw Spire awarded the first prize in the Eurobuild Awards 2011 in the category of "Poland Architectural Design of the Year". SDS were contracted as to design and detail the post-tensioned slabs.
